Put AI to work in your business without adding risk you can't see.
Pisano Designer works with South Florida businesses in the $1M to $10M range. Most arrive stuck on one of three things: they don't know where AI is already creating exposure, they're losing leads to calls nobody answered, or their AI output sounds nothing like them. Sixteen years investigating what happens when oversight is missing shapes how all three get handled.
Prices are published below. You own the systems and the accounts they run on. A human reviews the output before it reaches a customer.

Why this matters
Most AI mistakes aren't technical. They're accountability gaps.
AI doesn't have agency. Your business does. When a tool gets adopted without anyone deciding who reviews its output, what it's allowed to touch, and what happens when it's wrong, the business has taken on risk it doesn't know it's carrying.
I spent 16 years on the remediation side of exactly these situations. Credentials sitting in a shared workflow. Decisions made by a tool nobody was checking. No record of what happened or why. Prevention costs less than remediation, and it's a lot less stressful.
Bottom line: if you can't answer "who checks this before it reaches a customer, and what happens if it's wrong," that's the gap. The AI Operations Assessment is built to find it and close it.
Exposed credentialsAn API key left in a shared workflow gets copied. Someone links it to their own system. The bill arrives for usage that was never yours.
No documented decision processA tool gets adopted because it looked useful. Nobody asked whether this task should be AI at all, or what the failure mode looks like.
Output shipped without reviewVerification takes more expertise than generation, not less. Skipping it means signing your name to work nobody actually checked.
No written policyEmployees guess what's off-limits. Which data, which tasks, and what gets a second look before it goes out.
Pricing
Three starting points. Pick the one that matches the actual problem.
Every business that reaches out is stuck in one of three places. Prices are fixed and published, so you can decide whether this is worth a conversation before you have one.

If you don't know where AI creates risk
AI Operations Assessment
A documented review of where AI touches your business, starting with what your current process actually costs you per month. You get a solution architecture for the highest-impact opportunities, an implementation roadmap, quantified ROI, and two feedback sessions to refine the report before it is final. It includes the governance layer most projects skip: a decision framework, a tool risk map, an AI acceptable use policy, a verification protocol, and a human-in-the-loop standard. Delivered as a written report you own outright.
An AI receptionist that answers every inbound call on your business line, filters out robocalls and sales pitches, and sends you a written summary and recording link for anything that's an actual prospect or vendor. Built on accounts you own. Optional monthly management keeps it current as your business changes.
A done-for-you setup that captures how your business actually writes and talks, through writing samples and a guided session, and turns it into a context and voice asset your AI tools use going forward. Built inside your own AI account. My working copy is deleted at handoff, with no copies retained, so the only place it lives afterward is with you.
One process, one 60-minute call, one answer. You get a two to three page document mapping how that process works today, what it is costing you per month, and whether AI or automation can actually fix it. Credited in full against any engagement you book within 30 days. It does not include a build proposal, a roadmap, or a security review, so if what you need is the risk picture, start with the Assessment instead.
$500–$1,800
Ongoing support, monthly
Optional after any build. Three tiers depending on how many systems you're running and how often they change. Month to month, no minimum term. Larger implementations are scoped individually after an Assessment.
What you'll pay other people, and why I don't touch it. ClearLine runs on your own Retell and hosting accounts, in your name, on your card. Two numbers: about $10 a month fixed for your phone number and the server it runs on, plus about $0.15 a minute for calls actually answered. At 500 to 1,000 inbound minutes that lands around $85 to $170 a month, billed to you directly by those vendors. I never resell or mark up those charges. That's not a technicality: it's why your call recordings and customer data stay somewhere you control and can audit, and why nothing has to move if we stop working together. Those rates are set by the vendors and can change, so treat this as planning, not a quote.
How every engagement runs
The same four principles, every time
These don't change between an Assessment, a ClearLine build, and an ExoLoop setup. They're how the work gets done regardless of where you start.
01
Audit before you automate
Find the right opportunities first, not whichever ones happen to be automatable.
02
Prioritize by ROI
Quick wins first. They prove the value and fund whatever comes next.
03
Security is non-negotiable
Every system is designed to scale without creating a new vulnerability to manage later.
04
Measure what matters
Hours back, leads captured, risk closed. Business impact, not activity metrics.
Right fit
This isn't built for everyone
That isn't a sales line. Automation built for the wrong business at the wrong time is worse than no automation.
This is for you if
→Your business does roughly $1M to $10M a year and has more repetitive work than your team can absorb
→You're security-conscious because you've seen what happens when a business isn't, not because someone told you to be
→You want to understand what's being built for you rather than hand it off and hope
→You want a human in the loop. You're not looking for AI that ships without review.
This isn't for you if
—You want the cheapest possible option. Generic $97/month tools exist for that, and they carry every risk listed above.
—You want AI running without human oversight. That isn't something built here.
—You're not sure yet what you'd want fixed. Start with the Process Diagnostic, but be ready to commit to the process.
—You want to dictate the technical approach. If you're hiring for this, it's done based on what's known to be right.
Common questions
Before you book a call
Fixed for the scope described. The Assessment, ClearLine build, ExoLoop, and Process Diagnostic are fixed-fee, and you know the number before we start. Larger implementations are scoped individually after an Assessment, because pricing that work without knowing what's in your systems would be guesswork.
ClearLine runs on your own accounts. Retell charges per minute of call time, and the server it runs on has a monthly hosting cost. Both are billed to you directly by those vendors, on accounts in your name. I never resell or mark up either one. At 500 to 1,000 inbound minutes a month that's roughly $85 to $170 combined, though it moves with your call volume. The reason it's set up this way is that your recordings and customer data stay in infrastructure you own and can audit.
Automation moves data between systems using fixed, pre-written rules. Nothing is generated. AI is in the loop at runtime: data goes in, and a model generates new output based on it. If no model is processing data when a workflow runs, it's automation, not AI, regardless of how it's marketed.
Wherever possible, systems run on infrastructure you own. Your server, your credentials, your accounts. There's no platform lock-in and no shared infrastructure between clients. You can audit what's running because you control where it runs.
No. A lot of engagements start with the AI Operations Assessment for exactly this reason. The business doesn't yet know where AI is touching their operations, what's exposed, or what the actual risk looks like.
No. Human-in-the-loop is a standard on every engagement, not an optional add-on. AI doesn't carry accountability. Your business does. Every system is built so a person reviews output before it reaches a customer, a decision, or a record.
Most engagements are in Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, and St. Lucie counties, because this work goes better when the kickoff happens in person. Remote engagements are possible. Ask on the call.
If you don't know where AI is creating risk, start with the Assessment. If missed and unscreened calls are costing you leads, start with ClearLine. If AI-generated content doesn't sound like your business, start with ExoLoop. If none of those is obviously it, the $750 Process Diagnostic takes one process, works out what it is costing you per month, and tells you whether AI or automation can fix it. It comes off the price of whatever you book.
Twenty minutes is enough to know whether there's a useful next step.
Free. No pitch and no deliverable. If it isn't a fit, I'll say so on the call, and that's a useful answer too.
