Single workflows from $2,500; multi-process projects typically $5,000, paid in stages as milestones are delivered. Documented and handed over with your keys.

An AI answering system that catches the calls your business misses, screens robocalls and junk, and hands qualified leads to a human. I run one on my own business line, so you can judge the work by calling it. Scoped to what your call volume actually needs, not to what a platform wants to sell.

Done-for-You AI Setup
Your business context, brand voice, and working instructions built into an AI assistant in an account you own. When it is delivered, my working copy is deleted and the setup is yours: no dependency on me, no data sitting in someone else’s system.

The rules don’t change by service
Scope and fee agreed in writing before any work starts. Every component labeled as automation or AI, because the difference decides your costs and your risks. Third-party costs like hosting run in your own accounts at actual prices, paid by you directly, with nothing marked up through me.
Bottom line: at handover you hold the documentation, the accounts, and the keys. My access is removed. If that is not how a vendor you are considering works, ask them why.
