About
Radu Pisano
I help businesses put AI and automation to work without adding risk they can't see. Sixteen years in federal digital forensics taught me what happens when nobody is checking the output, and that is the perspective I bring to every engagement.

Radu Pisano, founder of Pisano Designer. Delray Beach, Florida.
Why the background matters
Most AI consultants tell you what's possible. I spent sixteen years finding out what goes wrong.
Digital forensics is the work of reconstructing what happened after something already failed. Credentials sitting somewhere they shouldn't. A decision nobody documented. A system that ran unsupervised until it didn't. You see the same patterns often enough that you start recognizing them before they happen.
That is the entire value I bring to an AI engagement. Not that I can build the thing faster, though I can. That I can tell you which parts of it are going to hurt you in eighteen months, because I have spent my career on the other side of that conversation.
Bottom line: prevention costs less than remediation, and it is a great deal less stressful. That is not a slogan. It is the arithmetic of every case I ever worked.

What I actually do
Four things I deliver, and the reason they land differently
The services are the easy part to describe. What makes them worth paying for is the perspective underneath them, which came from sixteen years of arriving after something had already gone wrong.
What I deliver
- →AI Operations Assessment, the documented review of where AI touches your business
- →ClearLine, an AI receptionist running on infrastructure you own
- →ExoLoop, a reusable voice and context asset for your AI tools
- →Automation and implementation builds in n8n, Make, Pabbly, and Zapier
What I bring to it
- →Sixteen years reconstructing what happened after a system failed, which is a good way to learn where they fail
- →Pattern recognition from fraud investigation, applied to workflows instead of ledgers
- →Workflow security that stays practical: credentials, access, and what quietly leaks between tools
- →The ability to explain any of it to the person signing off without the technobabble
Who I work with
Businesses sophisticated enough to benefit, without the internal team to do it safely
Roughly $1M to $10M in revenue, mostly in South Florida, mostly found through referral rather than search. The common thread is not industry. It is an owner who already knows technology could do more, and who does not want to be the one whose name is on it when something breaks.

How I work
Four principles, and I do not bend them
01
Audit before you automate
I find the right opportunities first, not whichever ones happen to be automatable.
02
Prioritize by ROI
Quick wins first, because they prove the value and fund whatever comes next.
03
Security is non-negotiable
If you are hiring me for this, it gets built the way I know is right.
04
Measure what matters
Hours back, leads captured, risk closed. Not activity metrics.
Where I show up
Most of what I know is published before anyone pays for it
Long-form video on YouTube covering implementation, tool comparisons, and what actually goes wrong. Written guides and frameworks here. Speaking at Chamber of Commerce events and business groups around South Florida.
The point is not lead capture. An educated client is a better client, and if you watch an hour of my videos and conclude you can do this yourself, that is a perfectly good outcome.
Consulting work is conducted independently as the founder of Pisano Designer, and is separate from and unrelated to any other employment. No engagement involves, references, or draws on any specific case, matter, or non-public information from that work.
Start here
Not sure which problem to solve first?
The Process Diagnostic is $750. One 60-minute call on one process that is costing you time or money, and a two to three page document covering how it works today, what it is costing per month, and whether AI or automation can actually fix it. Credited in full against any engagement you book within 30 days.
Prices for everything else are published on the services page, so you can decide whether this is worth a conversation before you have one.
