ExoLoop

Done-for-you AI setup, so your AI actually knows your business.

You started using AI because it was supposed to save you time. Then you noticed you explain your business to it over and over. Who you are, what you do, how you work. Every new chat, you type it all again, because the moment you close the window it forgets everything.

$2,500 as a fixed fee, agreed before anything starts. Built in your own AI account and handed over. You own it.

Why this happens

Your AI keeps giving you generic answers because you keep handing it a generic starting point.

Out of the box, AI is a sharp generalist that knows nothing about your business. It does not know your services, your customers, the way you talk, or what makes you different from the shop down the road. So it guesses, and the guess is average.

It is not that the AI is bad. It is working blind. At some point the obvious question shows up: why am I doing this? It was supposed to make me faster, and instead I am repeating myself all day.

Bottom line: you know your business better than anyone. This makes sure your AI does too, so it works like the assistant you actually wanted instead of a stranger you brief from scratch every morning.

What you get

  • You stop repeating yourself, so the hours you spent re-typing context come back
  • The output sounds like you and fits your business, so you are editing a good draft instead of rewriting a generic one
  • Everything stays consistent. Proposals, emails, and project write-ups all sound like the same business, because they work from the same source
  • You stay in control. You own the whole setup, it is not locked to me, and you do not need to be technical to use it

How it works

About an hour of your time, start to finish

Most of what I need comes out of one conversation. The rest is my work, not yours.

01

A quick intake form

A few questions about your business. About a minute of your time.

02

One short conversation

A recorded interview of roughly an hour to capture how you work and how you sound. You keep the recording and the transcript.

03

I build it

I write your business profile and set it up inside your own AI account, using the tools you already have.

04

I test it

I check that the output actually sounds like you and behaves the way it should before you rely on it for anything real.

05

I hand it over

A live walkthrough so you and your team can run it without me. Then my working copy is deleted.

And later, if things change

New services, a new direction, a different voice. Updates are $500 and use the materials you kept from the build.

Why it is called ExoLoop

A powered suit still needs a pilot

Think of this like an exoskeleton. The suit does not replace the person inside it. It makes them faster and stronger at what they already do well. But a suit with nobody in it just stands there.

That is the loop part. You check the work, you make the calls, you decide what ships. The setup makes you quicker at the things you were already going to do. It does not make the decisions, and it is not built to run without you.

Which is the point: this will not replace you or your team. If it could, you would not want it, because the output nobody reviewed is the output that eventually embarrasses you in front of a customer.

What happens to your information

I delete my copy when the project ends

Your source materials and the finished configuration are delivered to you, and then removed from my systems. I do not retain copies, and nothing gets pooled with another client or used to train anything.

  • The build happens inside your own AI account, not mine
  • You keep the interview recording and the transcript
  • My working copy is deleted at handoff
  • Because of that, a future update needs you to send the originals back. I genuinely will not have them.

Questions

Before you book a call

$2,500 as a fixed fee, agreed before any work starts. Later updates, when your services or direction change, are $500 each. There is no subscription and no ongoing fee attached to this one.

No. The setup lives inside the AI tools you already use, and it works the same way they already work. The handoff includes a live walkthrough so you and your team can run it without me, and there is nothing to maintain on your side.

The ones you already pay for. The profile is built into your own account rather than a platform of mine, which is also why it stays yours if you later switch tools. We confirm which tools you are using on the call before anything is scoped.

Your part is about an hour, split between a short intake form and one recorded conversation. The build, testing, and walkthrough are my work, and the delivery timeline is confirmed at kickoff once I know how much ground your business covers.

The setup is built inside your own AI account, so it lives with you rather than with me. Your source materials and the finished configuration are handed over and then deleted from my systems, with no copies retained and nothing pooled between clients. The tradeoff is real and worth knowing: a future update needs you to send the originals back, because I will not have them.

No, and it is not built to. It makes the drafting faster. You still read the work, make the calls, and decide what goes out. AI does not carry accountability for what it produces. Your business does.

That is what the $500 update is for. New services, a new direction, a shift in how you talk about the work. Because you kept the original recording and transcript, an update starts from what already exists rather than from scratch.

Right fit

This is the right starting point if

  • You already use AI and the output never quite sounds like your business
  • You are re-explaining who you are and what you do at the start of every chat
  • Different people on your team produce writing that sounds like different companies
  • You want the setup in your account, not rented from someone else's platform
  • Start with the
    AI Operations Assessment
instead if the bigger question is where AI creates risk across the whole business.
  • Look at
    ClearLine
first if missed phone calls are costing you more than bad drafts are.
  • Skip this if you are not using AI yet. There is nothing to improve until there is a habit to improve on.

Twenty minutes is enough to know whether this is worth $2,500 to you.

Free, no pitch, no deliverable. Bring an example of something the AI wrote that missed, and we can work out why on the call.
