AI Voice Assistant. Inbound calls to Pisano Designer are answered by an AI voice assistant. The assistant is not a human. This is disclosed at the start of every call.
Call Recording. Calls may be recorded for the purpose of capturing your message and ensuring accurate follow-up. You are notified of this at the start of every call. By continuing the call after this disclosure, you consent to the recording.
Data Collected During Calls. During a call, we may collect your name, phone number, the reason for your call, your preferred callback time, and any additional context you choose to share.
How We Process This Data. Call data is processed by Retell AI, Inc., our AI voice processing service provider, under a signed Data Processing Agreement. Retell AI processes this data solely to deliver the call service on our behalf. Structured call data is stored within our secure internal workflow systems, accessible only to Pisano Designer. Call recordings are archived to Google Drive under Pisano Designer’s sole control.
Retention. Call recordings and transcripts are retained by Retell AI for 7 days following the call. Structured call data retained by Pisano Designer is kept for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose of the call or as required by applicable law.
Your Rights. If you are a California resident, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information collected during a call under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). To submit a request, contact us at [email protected]. We will respond within 45 days.
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Call data collected via our phone line is shared with Retell AI, Inc. solely for the purpose of providing AI voice processing services, under a Data Processing Agreement. Retell AI is prohibited from using this data for any commercial purpose of its own.
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
Call recordings and transcripts are retained by our AI voice processing provider (Retell AI) for 7 days. Structured call data held by Pisano Designer is retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the business purpose of the call, after which it is deleted upon request or at our discretion.
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Call data is transmitted to Retell AI, Inc. (San Carlos, CA) for AI voice processing, and to Google LLC for storage via Google Drive and Gmail. All transfers are governed by applicable data processing agreements.
